2. A documentation fee (non-refundable) as amount stated above is charged for every purchase and shall be made Online Payment made in favour of Medivest Sdn Bhd. Cash payment or company cheque will not be accepted. The payment details will be provided after the tender briefing session.

3. It is COMPULSORY for interested companies to attend TENDER BRIEFING SESSION based on the above schedule. To receive the online briefing link, please submit your request via email to psc@medivest.com.my on or before Tuesday, 19th August 2025, 2:00 p.m.

4. If any interested company FAILS to attend the TENDER BRIEFING SESSION, the participation will not be considered.

5. A completed bid is to be submitted via online platform Medivest e-bidding by or before the closing date and time stated in the above section.

6. Submission of bid after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
