1. Medivest Sdn Bhd (MSB) (199101013880 (224192-H)) is inviting capable companies to participate in the above RFP.

2. A documentation fee (non-refundable) as amount stated above is charged for every purchase, in the form of Bank Draft/Money Order, made in favour of Medivest Sdn Bhd. Cash payment or company cheque will not be accepted.

3. It is COMPULSORY for interested companies to attend RFP BRIEFING SESSION based on the above schedule at Medivest Sdn Bhd, Suite 13.01, Penthouse, Wisma E&C, No. 2 Lorong Dungun Kiri, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur.

4. If any interested company FAILS to attend the RFP BRIEFING SESSION, the participation will not be considered.

5. The completed bid is to be submitted by hand to Procurement and Supply Chain Department, Medivest Sdn Bhd, Suite 13.01, Penthouse, Wisma E&C, No. 2 Lorong Dungun Kiri, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur on or before the above-mentioned Tender Closing Date and Time.

6. Submission of bid after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
