 1. Medivest Sdn Bhd (MSB) (224192-H) is inviting capable companies to participate in the above tender.

2. Bidder who is interested to participate in the tender is required to apply and register through email at psc@medivest.com.my as stated above by indicating the Tender No. complete with contact details.

3. Application after 12pm, 5th August 2021 for the above tender WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

4. A documentation fee (non-refundable) as amount stated above is charged for every purchase via online transfer as per account details that will be provided after tender briefing.

5. The completed bid to be submitted by hand to Procurement and Supply Chain Department, Level 6, Wisma E&C, No. 2 Lorong Dungun Kiri, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur on or before the above-mentioned Tender Closing Date and Time.

6. Submission of bid after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
