1. Medivest Sdn Bhd (MSB) (224192-H) is inviting capable companies to participate in the above project.

2. A documentation fee (non-refundable) of RM 500.00 only (Ringgit Malaysia: Five Hundred) is charged for every purchase, in the form of Bank Draft or Money Order, made in favour of Medivest Sdn Bhd. Cash payment or company cheque will not be accepted. Interested companies must bring a copy of Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) registration certificate for the purchase of RFP document.

3. It is COMPULSORY for interested companies to attend:

a) RFP BRIEFING SESSION based on the above schedule at Medivest Sdn Bhd, Level 6, Wisma E&C, No. 2 Lorong Dungun Kiri, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur.

b) SITE INSPECTION – the schedule will be provided together with the purchase of RFP document.

4. The participation WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED, if any interested company FAILS to attend the RFP BRIEFING SESSION AND SITE INSPECTION.

5. The completed bid is to be submitted by hand to Procurement and Supply Chain Department, Level 6, Wisma E&C, No. 2 Lorong Dungun Kiri, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur on or before the above-mentioned RFP Closing Date and Time.

6. Submission of bid after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
